However, nests and young animals can be deeply hidden within cavities, dense foliage, and upper limbs and may not become visible until work is already underway.When wildlife is discovered, we do our best to protect the animal while keeping our crew safe and following applicable wildlife protections. Because our arborist crews are equipped for professional tree care rather than wildlife capture and relocation, we do not climb trees specifically to retrieve or relocate animals or nests.If an animal becomes displaced and is safely accessible from the ground, we make reasonable efforts to help, including contacting or transporting it to an appropriate wildlife rehabilitation resource when circumstances allow.We also ask customers to let us know before work begins if they are already aware of an active nest or wildlife living in the tree.
